THE PROFITS
When the Lord placed this project upon my heart I strongly believed that this project could not be driven with a focus on money. I believe the Lord wanted to keep my motives pure and my mind focused at the task at hand. Which was, to reach people for Lord, to motivate the Body of Christ into action and to reignite that "first love" within us that we first felt as new christians. With that in mind, I have decided to donate 70% of my profits to Compassion Australia; 10% to my local church; 10% to cover administration costs and retain the final 10% for myself. I do believe God is with me and will bless me for my obedience.
AFFILIATIONS
Other than Compassion Australia there are no other affiliations involved with the compiling and writing of this book. I am a partner with my local church but felt in order to maintain creative control it was better to remain independent when undergoing this project. I have approached my church advising them of my intentions and they are encouraging and supportive. God can use anyone for His work - I believe I am proof of this.
OTHER WAYS YOU CAN HELP
If you do not wish to submit a testimony but believe this is of God please pray. Pray that people will open their hearts to the idea. That The Body of Christ will respond to Gods call and share their testimony to the lost and unsaved. That in examining themselves and their journey, they will feel the same passion and enthusiasm of that 'First Love' they felt on their salvation day. And that they will be drawn even closer to God through the experience once again.
